The Raleigh News and Observer tripped over a key point in a recent Sunday headline, while the paper’s bleeding heart was enough to make me vomit. The headline was in regards to the correlation between Mexican culture and the rash of DUI’s, many which have led to fatalities. Nevermind that Pedro’s cousins kill more people on the road then Americans are killed in Iraq in a comparable day. And nevermind that over 20,000 Americans have died since 9/11 at the hands of these criminal invaders. The paper in citing this cultural difference between the native European culture in America, and the mestizo culture of Mexico has stumbled upon the key point in my opposition to immigration from the Third World. As I said a few days ago; they are not us, never have been us, never will be us. This is not racist but common sense. Different cultures develop differently. It has been the cultures of Asia and the West which have developed most quickly and prosperously. Is it our fault that Mexico and the rest of the Third World can’t keep up? Is it our responsibility to take in the poor masses wanting to come in?
Those who would cite the Melting Pot ignore the key lines of the poem so often cited in the immigration debate. The poem spoke of a Melting Pot …..FOR THE PEOPLE OF EUROPE!!!! Not Latin America, not everywhere from Guadalahara to Timbuktu, BUT EUROPE!!! And it makes good sense to have people of a similar culture being the ones to come to America. To invite a polygot from every corner of this globe is to turn America into a a multiculturalist society. What’s wrong with that I hear you say? Name me a multicultural empire or society that has survived? Nationality, race, and culture matter in the development of society and culture. We are all God’s children yes. Yet God chose to make us different and place us where he placed us in the world.
Nations made up of competing cultures do not survive. The Austro-Hungarian empire, the Soviet Union, even Czechoslovokia all broke up on reasons of nationality. We saw the most brutal example of this in Yugoslavia. People tore themselves apart on these very issues and committing all kinds of brutal atrocities. In citing these cases I contend that the United States of America is not immune to this reality. To blindly say, oh America’s different we have our liberty and democracy to unite us. And democracy is doing oh so well in uniting the Iraqis. It is not democracy that has united us, but a common heritage and history. To dilute that history and heritage by letting in the Third World is to sign America’s death warrant.
We as a people must focus on what unites us. America can’t be everything for everybody. The solution is an end to immigration from non-European countries, the securing of America’s border with Mexico, and the deportation of the illegal invaders already here. An end to illegal . To sit back and cry, but Carlton they’re just people wanting a better life. I find it more than ironic that Martin Luther King is hailed by blacks and whites alike for his efforts to end discrimination. Yet, the very things for which King stood – equal treatment under the law, people defined by character and not race and the assimilation of black Americans (NOT “Afro-Americans”) into the “mainstream” of American society – have been totally rejected by the “black community” today.
Instead of “equal treatment”, what is demanded is “PREFERENTIAL treatment”.

I have at least two ancestors who fought for the Union, during the Civil War. However, I support South Carolina’s right to display the Confederate flag. It pertains to White Southern heritage. I may have ‘Yankee’ blood, but I support White Southerners, even if their ancestors fought my ancestors (in a war).
I firmly believe White Northerners and Southerners need to make an alliance. The other races (even Black Africans) could care less about regional loyalty; only Whites support an alliance based soley on geograhic location over their race (aligning with even hostile Blacks, against those “evil” Yankees or “evil” Rebels). Northerners and Southerners are genetically similar, also. I wish I could have remained to keep up the fight. The Rebel flag was chosen by the confederates because it is the 1400 hundred year old St. Andrews Scottish saltire cross symbol of secession. That is what it means to me. The NAACP has Stone Mountain as with many war monuments in their cross hairs for removal. I can only hope people keep up the fight to stop the domino effect that is inevitable. I’m glad that now South Carolina too sends a strong message to Congress that it will retain its sovereignty over its own destiny. I also believe that it’s long overdue to dissolve this unconstitutional Federal Government and form a new system based on the will of White Americans. This Federal Dictatorship,which benefits only ugly third-world invaders, must be dismantled .The sooner the better.
This has nothing to do with the will of White Americans! It has evrything to do with the will of the ALL citizens of the great state of South Carolina and how we will not allow an overbearing and un-american Federal Government to sell this entire country out to China or Mexico or any other country for that matter. There are certain powers that are set aside in the constitution for the states and certain rights guaranteed to every CITIZEN and we will not allow anyone to trample on either. I have no business telling NY or Washington or Kansas what to do as they have no right to tell me what to do in my state.
This is something that is really needed at this time in history. I saw that Texas has already passed such a bill. I hope our people in Columbia pass this bill.
It is my understanding that there is opposition to these resolutions (H3509 and/or S424) by Senators Anderson, Malloy, Leventis, Sheheen and Lourie. Please contact these senators and let them know of your displeasure at their opposition. If not for them, this would have already been approved and sent to Washington.
I believe everyone in this country should have to go through the proper government channels to be here. I have no problem with legal immigrants that do everything our government requires to be here. My question is how many police officers in this state are members of this council? It seems they are showing hatred, not just to illegal immigrants, but also to the legal ones. Maybe it’s because cops in this state have absolute power noone is allowed to question. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
